Michelin-rated Executive Chef of Ironside Fish & Oyster, Jason McLeod, was chosen to host an exclusive, top-notch dining event at Beard House in New York City coming up on April 21. Before he heads out for the exclusive event, the team at Ironside Fish & Oyster will be hosting an exclusive preview of the exact dinner to be served at the event, taking place on Wednesday, April 6 at 6:30 p.m.
Another local favorite and semi-finalist for the James Beards Awards for “Outstanding Bar Program,” Polite Provisions, will help to pair the perfect cocktails via bartender Erick Castro. The lineup of food and beverages will be what those in NYC will receive, but at a fraction of the price for San Diegans ($89 instead of $170 per person.) The event hopes to give locals an epic night of previewing what their city is sending to the Big Apple for the important culinary event.
