‘Crazy Woke Asians’ comedy show headed for San Diego

The show features a lineup of some of the most notable up-and-coming Asian-American stand-up comedians in Southern California

Fresh from sold-out shows in Los Angeles and Seattle, “Crazy Woke Asians” comes to The Comedy Palace for a special one-night engagement. The show features a lineup of some of the most notable up-and-coming Asian-American stand-up comedians in Southern California, including Kevin Camia, Justin Rivera, George Wang, Kim Evey, Mikey Perry, Sammy Cantu, Andy Van and Kiki Yeung, who’s hosting and producing the program. The show is a partnership production between Yeung and community partner Asian Culture & Media Alliance. Besides providing Asian-American comics with a platform to showcase their talents, “Crazy Woke Asians” aims to celebrate “diversity through creating non-stereotypical, multi-dimensional characters that reflects truth in our community.”
