Looking to work out on the cheap this weekend? You’re in luck. Head over to B Street, right in front of the Donut Bar (ironic, right?), between Sixth and Seventh avenues and you’ll find a plethora of free workouts to join in on throughout the day on Saturday, Sept. 24.
The event, hosted by the Downtown Parternship and Balanced Fitness, aims to allow San Diegans to break a sweat for National Family Health and Fitness Day on the closed-down street. The morning will offer various classes along the closed off SIxth Avenue, with registration beginning at 8 a.m. Take classes from trainers at Balanced Fitness, Yoga One, Pure Barre and Power Keg.
The schedule for the morning of fitness is as follows:
Fit camp at 8:30 a.m.
Yoga at 9:15 a.m.
Crossfit at 10 a.m.
Barre at 10:45 a.m.
Spin at 11:30 a.m.
