Get your hands dirty this holiday season at Chuao Chocolatier’s Joy Factory

For chocolate lovers and those who have a sweet tooth this holiday season, Carlsbad chocolate brand Chuao Chocolatier is introducing a truffle rolling class.

Launched on Dec. 14, guests will have two more opportunities this season to enjoy an experience at Chuao’s headquarters, The Joy Factory, which includes a guided tour, a history lesson about the Wild Truffle (dark chocolate ganache rolled in cocoa powder), truffle rolling and a complimentary chocolate bar.

The truffle rolling event will have guests rolling up their sleeves and receiving a hands-on lesson. Added bonus: Guests get to take home the truffles they create, which can make for a sweet snack at home or a gift for a loved one.

The next truffle experience will be 3-4:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16 followed by another on 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19.
