Zombie enthusiasts attending Comic-Con International: San Diego 2015 can revel in a thrilling walking dead hunt of their own at a series of special events at San Diego’s Total Combat Paintball’s Warehouse.
Total Combat Paintball (TCP) will host a limited engagement Zombie Attack Paintball experience Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, to coincide with Comic-Con. Hunt or be hunted at TCP’s indoor 40,000 square-foot foot zombie kill zone.
Diana Ocampo, creator and owner of Zombie Attack, encourages Comic-Con attendees to come out to Total Combat Paintball on Friday and Saturday for what she describes as the area’s only truly interactive combat paintball experience.
“You become part of the experience,” Ocampo said. “It’s really thrilling and great for the whole family.”
Total Combat Paintball is releasing its zombies and evil demons throughout the totally dark warehouse for this limited Comic-Con run. Zombie hunters visiting TCP Warehouse’s Zombie Attack will move through three zones with only their own headlamps lighting the way as they battle to avoid being converted into zombies themselves.
Participants enter through a bonus maze and then hunt or are hunted themselves through three zones: Zombie Sleeper Zone, Zombie Strike and a Mayhem Zone, which has only a one-percent survival rate.
Although only hunters shoot other hunters and zombies and no zombies are armed, there are plenty of them to hunt. Hunters who are captured or zombified will have the opportunity to convert more hunters into zombies for a truly walking dead experience.
