Indulgences (requires gym visits, detoxes, and taking the stairs):

The clever name alone brings on the drool. Join the craft beer veteran and Nomad Donuts at the brewery’s Knoxville Street tasting room during SDBW’s opening weekend. Don’t miss their Early Bird Mocha Milk Stout, a collaboration brew with Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and the special “beer donuts” paired with, what else? Beer. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Coronado Brewing Company, 1205 Knoxville St., Bay Park.

Raclette & Beer Pairing

Cheese please! For $15, guests gorge on kettle chips and cornichons “smothered” in the beloved Swiss cheese along with a pint of either the Glorious or Fool Me Twice brews. 5-8 p.m.

Belgian Beer & Waffles

Is there a better brunch food than waffles? Heaven awaits with Marcel Belgian Waffle Truck’s specialties paired with eight of Council’s Belgian-style beers, including St. Nick’s Punch, a farm ale with grape must, a Bourbon barrel-aged Quad, and the Deadlock Boysenberry, a barrel-aged dark sour. Noon to 6 p.m. (Go early.)

Council Brewing, 7705 Convoy Court, North Park.
