Fit tip: Tree pose

 

Float like a feather, sting like a bee and stand like a tree to reap some serious benefits. This yoga pose strengthens the thighs, calves and core. It's great for balance and meditation, as well as stretching out your back, shoulders and legs.

We challenge you to perform this pose and hold for one minute per side. Incorporating this move into your fitness routine weekly is a great way to stretch and strengthen the shoulders, abs, ankles and calves - all in one feel-good pose.
