The triangle is a yoga move with a variety of uses, but keeps a focus on strengthening the core muscles. This move will help you tighten up the core, while providing a stretch to the legs, knees, chest and shoulders. Beyond strengthening and stretching, performing the triangle regularly can help with hamstring and knee pain, and it can also help to improve digestion.
