How to perform:Create space between your legs at about four feet apart with one foot facing forward and one foot facing outward at 90 degrees. Next, bend your torso toward the toe that is facing outward. Extend until you are directly over your right leg, and place your right arm toward the ground. The triangle is a yoga move with a variety of uses, but keeps a focus on strengthening the core muscles. This move will help you tighten up the core, while providing a stretch to the legs, knees, chest and shoulders. Beyond strengthening and stretching, performing the triangle regularly can help with hamstring and knee pain, and it can also help to improve digestion.

We challenge you to master the triangle and incorporate this awesome exercise into your routine one to three times a week.
