Street Closures
Street closures in the East Village for the All-Star Summer Pepsi Block Party include:
- J Street between 10th & 6th Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6 am on Friday, July 8th through 6 pm on Wednesday, July 13. Cross streets at 6th and 7th will remain open.
- 8th and 9th Avenues between J Street and Island Avenue will be closed during the same time period, with the exception of residents entering and exiting their driveway. They will have access throughout the week.
Additional street closures to note are:
- Tony Gwynn Drive between Park Boulevard and L Street from Monday, July 4 through Wednesday, July 13.
- 7th Avenue between L Street and Island Avenue on Tuesday, July 12 from 11 am-2 pm due to the Red Carpet Parade.
All-Star Red Carpet Parade Site Plan
Watch the National League and American League All-Stars travel to Petco Park in a festive parade on game day! The All-Star Red Carpet Parade will take place at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 12th. From the Manchester Grand Hyatt, the players will be taken across West Harbor Drive to Market Street, where the parade will head east for two blocks, then turn right on Union Street, left onto Island Avenue and into the Gaslamp Quarter, where it will turn right onto 5th Avenue, then left onto K Street to Petco Park.
All-Star Block Party Map
Enjoy All-Star Week in and outside the park at the All-Star Block Party on July 10th through 12th from 12 noon to 6 pm on J Street between 6th and 10th Avenues. Enjoy music, food, beer, baseball interactives, free giveaways, and much more! Admission is free.
