If you believe that life will return to a sense of normalcy in 2021, you better ‘Belieb’ Justin Bieber does too.

The pop star announced on Thursday that his rescheduled tour, “Justin Bieber World Tour,” will kick off June 2, 2021 at San Diego’s Pechanga Arena with dates scheduled through August 2021. The new tour includes rescheduled shows, with some new ones added as well. In addition to San Diego, stops on the tour include New York City, Chicago, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6.

The tour was originally slated to begin in May of 2020, but was postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus. Original openers Jaden Smith and Kehlani will no longer be part of the tour, but new supporting acts will be announced.

Original ticket-holders will still have their seats honored for the new tour. Ticket-holders should wait for information from their ticket provider for updates and options if they are unable to make the 2021 date.

In a press release, Bieber said, “I can’t wait to get out there and connect with my fans on this tour. We’ve been through so much this year. More than ever, we’ve come to understand how much we need each other, and how meaningful these moments can really be.”

VIP packages will be available, which can include reserved seating, custom merchandise and more. In addition, $1 from each ticket sold will benefit the Justin Bieber Foundation, which supports mental health initiatives.
