CRSSD Festival announces spring 2020 lineup, featuring Gesaffelstein and RÜFÜS DU SOL
Online ticket sales start at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10.
Wonderfront Festival just wrapped up a few weeks ago, but the local music festival news just keeps on coming. Today, CRSSD Festival announced the next lineup for its spring return, happening March 7 and 8, 2020.
This will be the eleventh edition of the five-year-old festival, which occurs every spring and fall. Focusing on live electronic music performances, the two-day event takes place at downtown’s Waterfront Park; tickets go on sale online at crssdfest.com starting at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10.
While other festivals offer a range genres for their shows, 21-plus CRSSD sticks to a niche and dedicated audience, focusing on house, techno, electronic and dance music. Previous performers include ODESZA, Chet Faker and FISHER.
Spring’s lineup currently boasts nearly 40 acts, with more to be announced. Two of the biggest names on the lineup are French producer Gesaffelstein and Australian alternative dance trio RÜFÜS DU SOL, who will both be performing on the Ocean View stage.
Other popular acts include Chris Lake, Nora En Pure, Patrick Topping, Carl Cox and Charlotte de Witte. The shows will take place on three stages: Ocean View, The Palms and City Steps.
