12.11: Aminé
The 24-year-old Portland-born, L.A.-based rapper scored a hit with the 2017 single, Caroline. In August, he released his second studio album, OnePointFive, which featured appearances from G Herbo, Gunna and Rico Nasty.

12.12: KSHMR
Bay-Area electro-house DJ Niles Hollowell-Dhar (aka KSHMR) has collaborated with the likes of Tiesto, Bassjackers, R3hab, Hardwell and more. His latest single, Magic, was released last month through Spinnin’ Records.

12.13: Scooter and Lavelle
San Diego’s own two-headed DJ beast concludes their almost year-old residency at Oxford with their 10th and final show of the 2018 run. The veteran turntablists are also set to perform together at the 15th anniversary of Groove Cruise Miami in January.

12.14: Wrex The Halls
91X is back at it, spreading musical holiday cheer with their somewhat annual end-of-year fiesta. This year, Death Cab for Cutie, Third Eye Blind, Billie Eilish, Lord Huron, The Interrupters and Barns Courtney will all be taking part in the celebration.

12.14: Lyrics Born + Zion I
Veteran Bay Area rappers Lyrics Born (Tsutomu “Tom” Shimura) and Zion I (Steve “Baba Zumbi” Gaines) join forces for a heavy dose of hip-hop. Gaines’ latest album, The Tonite Show with Zion I, as well as Shimura’s most recent, Quite a Life, were both released this year.

12.14: Big Gigantic
The Colorado-based drum/production duo of Dominic Lalli and Jeremy Salken broke through with their 2016 sixth studio album, Brighter Future, which featured collabs with Waka Flocka Flame, Logic and others. Last year, Kasbo, Pham, Kill the Zo, KRANE and others contributed versions to a follow-up remix album.

This dude loves San Diego. The DJ, producer and Grammy-winning King of Crunk was last here in October, at the same venue, fresh from teaming with Lil Buddha on new single, No Hook.

Detroit-bred, L.A.-based DJ MK (Marc Kinchen) is best known for charting a pair of No. 1’s on the Billboard 200 and producing tracks for Pitbull. In September, he teamed with Jonas Blue and Becky Hill on new single, Back & Forth. Since, Franky Rizardo, KDA and Boston Bun have taken turns remixing it.

12.15: Coone
Belgian hardstyle DJ and producer Koen Bauweraerts (aka Coone) is also the founder of the Dirty Workz record label. Bauweraerts just released his sixth studio album, Trip To Tomorrow, in October. The eight-song collection features collaborations with Technotronic, Jelle van Dael, Belle Humble and others.
