Top concerts this week in San Diego (June 11-17)
Performances coming to town this week include The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore, Chris Thile, Borgeous and Hayden James.
6.12: The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore
It’s a co-headlining tour for pop singer Kesha and rapper Macklemore. Kesha released her third studio album, Rainbow, last summer, while Macklemore dropped his second solo studio album, Gemini, a month later. The pair is donating a portion of all ticket sales to charity and will likely share the stage each night on their recent collaborative track, Good Old Days. 6.13: Flatbush Zombies
The Brooklyn-based rap trio broke through with their 2016 debut, 3001: A Laced Odyssey. They followed it up in April with their highly anticipated sophomore effort, Vacation in Hell. The album features appearances from Joey Bada$$, Jadakiss, Portugal. The Man, Bun B and more.

6.15: Borgeous
Miami-based DJ John Borger has released numerous singles over the last five years, and dropped his debut LP, 13, in 2016. He released an album of remixes and seven more singles last year, returning in March with new track, Making Me Feel.

6.15: Anna Lunoe
The L.A.-based DJ, singer, producer, radio show host and recent CRSSD Festival veteran was the first woman to mix for Ministry of Sound in her home country of Australia, and in 2016, became the first solo female to perform on the main stage of EDC Vegas. In March, Lunoe released her latest single, Blaze of Glory, on her own label, Hyperhouse.

6.16: Hayden James
The Aussie producer and singer toured with Odesza and Disclosure, wrote a song on Katy Perry’s Witness album and scored a No. 2 hit in his home country with last year’s single, Numb. His latest, Just Friends (feat. Boy Matthews), was released in April.

6.17: Chris Thile
The Oceanside-born, multiple-Grammy-winning mandolinist, singer, composer and radio host has played with both Nickel Creek and Punch Brothers. He returns to North County in support of his December-released seventh solo album, Thanks for Listening.
