Summer country concerts kick off with Brad Paisley

Brad Paisley was last in San Diego for his Crushin’ It Tour last summer. He’s back Saturday with his Life Amplified World Tour, which launches in Sacramento today. The tour takes Paisley and Co. to 35 cities, ending in Las Vegas on Oct. 1. Joining him on this tour is Tyler Farr, the country singer who just happens to be a classically trained opera singer as well. Also on the bill is the country duo Maddie & Tae (Madison Marlow and Taylor Dye), whose 2015 debut album, “Start Here,” featured the hit “Girl in a Country Song.” For last minute ticket purchases, Live Nation is offering $20 lawn seats for the show through the end of May 20 (while supplies last).
