With next Tuesday’s 87th Major League Baseball League All-Star game at Petco Park fast approaching, the music lineup for the days leading up to the big event has been expanded.

New additions include Fall Out Boy, Empire of the Sun, Rachel Platten, Akon, The Tenors DJ Vice and San Diego-bred singer Andra Day, who this year earned two Grammy nominations for her acclaimed debut album, “Cheers to the Fall.”. Also fresh to the lineup is Spearhead leader Michael Franti, who will perform at Saturday’s first-ever All-Star Week yoga event at Waterfront Park in downtown San Diego.

The above artists join a lineup of MLB All-Star week performers that includes the previously announced Gwen Stefani, OneRepublic, Tori Kelly, Eve, NeedtoBreathe and All Time Low.

Day will perform the national anthem prior to Sunday’s SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game at Petco Park. Platten and The Tenors will perform the American and Canadian anthems, respectively, prior to Tuesday’s All-Star Game telecast at Petco Park.

Fall Out Boy will perform twice, first at Saturday night’s invitation-only MLB.com party at the San Diego Convention Center, where Akon will open. On Monday, Fall Out Boy will perform two songs on the filed prior to the T-Mobile Home Run Derby at Petco Park. DJ Irie will perform at the same event.

Empire of the Sun, which headlined the first CRSSD Festival at Waterfront Park in early 2015, will perform at Monday’s invitation-only MLB All-Star Gala. DJ Eric D-Lux is also scheduled to play at the gala.
