Share

Surf’s up in Oceanside and women are ready to hit the waves.

From July 28-30, the Paul Mitchell Neon Supergirl Pro will return to the Oceanside Pier for its 10th anniversary to showcase the best of women surfing. Expected competitors include 2016 Supergirl Pro Champion Coco Ho, three-time World Champion Carissa Moore, Courtney Conlogue (who was featured in 2015 on DiscoverSD.com) and more than one hundred others.

In between surf sets, guests can explore the competition’s Festival Village that will feature women skateboarding and DJing, as well as art, dance classes, eSports Gamer Pro tournament, hair styling by Paul Mitchell stylists, international food trucks, beer gardens and 16 live concerts.

This year’s concert series will showcase Aaron Carter, Drake Bell, Bea Miller, Chord Overstreet and many others.

Admission to the contest, Festival Village and concert series is free. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
