Full moons have long been associated with insanity and insomnia, not mention that whole turning into a werewolf thing.
Yeah... Not the most relaxing night of the month.
To combat all the creepy behavior, take a big stretch and whisper “Namaste” under the moonlight at Waterfront Park’s Full Moon Yoga class, scheduled on the next full moon night, Feb. 22.
Starting at 6pm, yogis of all levels can bring their yoga mat, towel and props to the spacious park for a nighttime class. You can register before class at the Waterfront Park Office, located at the south entrance of the County Administration Center.
Full Moon Yoga has a $7 drop-in fee. For more information, visit their Facebook page.
