Former ballerina Nikol Klein is all about whirl power: her Nikol Klein Method of personal training for women-founded on the type of ballet-infused ?tness moves popularized by reality TV series such as The Biggest Loser and Real Housewives-is a regimen of traditional and dance exercises designed to create a leaner physique. “As a dancer, I spent twenty years, eight hours a day, in front of a mirror and made it to the top. But the self-absorbed part of my career is over," says the North County-based Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native who loves running on the beach. “I now ?nd more satisfaction in helping others improve their own re?ection and reach their goals.”
