During summer, there’s one thing we love even more than ice cream: rocking our jean, cut-off daisy dukes. This move will help you feel confident in short shorts by tightening up the tush and hamstrings, fast. This move works the gluteus maximus, thighs, core and hamstrings.

We challenge you to complete three to four rounds of 20 fire hydrants per leg.
