Electric Run to take over Del Mar Fairgrounds

The creators of The Color Run have unleashed their newest, colorful party-of-a-run returning to San Diego on Saturday, March 26. This year’s Electric Run features music surrounding the entire course, sure to get you pumped up as you race through the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

The transformed fairgrounds will be covered in lasers and lights with five different dance party zones to choose from. ELECTROBAND LED bracelets be given out to attendees, which sync the sound of music to your illuminating bracelet for added fun.

Participants can look forward to a huge party post-run, complete with a live DJ, dance floor and light-show. There will also be various food and drink vendors on-site throughout the event to keep you going all night long.

The Electric Run benefits Break the Silence Against Domestic Violence, a local San Diego non-profit that aims to educate communities about domestic violence including connecting victims and survivors and assisting those who have been affected by domestic violence.

Registration is $35 for the Classic Run which offers entry, a glow-in-the-dark participant t-shirt, a UV reactive body marker and an ELECTROBAND LED bracelet; Deluxe run registration is available for $50 and includes all of the items in the Classic Run registration, a pair of sunglasses, a 4-pack of body glow paint, a party baton and the option to have all of your gear shipped to your home and
