Soul Pose MLB All-Star Yoga
When: 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9
Where: Waterfront Park, 1600 Pacific Highway, downtown
After you’re done sweating it out and posing like a true yogi, you can dance to live music from Michael Franti at the after party.
If that’s not enough to motivate you into your yoga pants, perhaps appearances from Tony Gwynn Jr. and Chris Gwynn - both former Padres and relatives of the great Tony Gwynn - will get you pumped to glow and flow at the fun-loving event.
There will be two separate sessions offered at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tickets are $24.99 per person as a team, or $29.99 as an individual and can be purchased at soulpose.com/locations/san-diego-ca.
