According to owner Brenna Van Norman, popular gift ideas this year include the rolling wine/whiskey glasses and decanter, ghost pepper-infused whipped honey and a succulent desk calendar.
With locations in San Francisco and Little Italy, Often Wander stocks handmade candles and jewelry, including its best-selling astrological candles. And for those who are looking for something extra special, Often Wander allows shoppers to create their own candles with custom scents during their monthly candle parties.
The sister store to South Park’s popular Graffiti Beach, Thread + Seed in Bankers Hill focuses on clean beauty and wellness. The store also creates popular gift boxes that can be customized to suit shoppers’ needs.
Melanie Michaud, the store’s owner, anticipates that the Jewel Box by Herbivore, which includes all of their best-selling all-natural facial oils, will be popular this holiday season.
Gold Leaf’s goal is to provide shoppers with objects that “bring joy.” That means stocking items like cooking utensils, crystals, tote bags, jewelry and essential oils. The store is located South Park’s historic Burlingame Garage, which was built in 1914.
