Share

Start licking your chops because KAABOO Del Mar is expanding its food-centric Palate stage with an increased number of culinary vendors and demonstrations for its 2016 incarnation. As part of the expansive “mix-perience” of music, food and drink, art, comedy and “personal indulgence” KAABOO is known for, the Palate area will have mouths watering this year with samplings from local and regional cuisine alongside expertly paired wines, cocktails and beer.

Scorecards will be tallied with the return of the Rockin’ Chef Competition, where superstar chefs will compete in front of an expert panel of judges and special guests. Along with a variety of demonstrations, chefs will interact with guests during meet-and-greet opportunities, surprise musical performances, and through sharing popular recipes.
