Cheese plus bread equals magic at this pairing event

Gourmet cheese-lovers who also love quality, organic breads... this one’s for you. A curated tasting titled, “A Match Made in Heaven - Artisan Cheese and Bread” will be hosted by Venissimo Cheese and Prager Bros. Artisan Breads on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 p.m. The tasting will be led by Dr. Rachel Dutton, fermentation expert and microbiologist at UCSD.

This event is especially worthy for those looking to learn more behind the craft of making delicious bread and cheeses, as Dutton will be sharing her knowledge of the science that goes into creating these two beloved foods throughout the evening.
