The annual Philippine Cultural Arts Festival features live entertainment, music, and food Aug. 10 and 11 at Balboa Park.

Learn about Filipino culture at the annual Philippine Cultural Arts Festival, with headlining performances by rapper Ruby Ibarra, dance-pop singer Jocelyn Enriquez, R&B girl group One Vo1ce, and the sound of Manila in the ‘70s with The Union. This celebration of culture features other performing artists, dance, music, and lots of favorite and traditional Filipino foods.

Philippine Cultural Arts Festival: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Balboa Park, Park Boulevard and Presidents Way, San Diego. Free.
