Stumble into Hillcrest’s art scene on June 28
Experience the artistic side of Uptown with a self-guided tour on Saturday, June 28. Coined Hillcrest Art Stumble, the free inaugural event happening throughout Hillcrest will feature art pop-ups, live music and more.
All participants will pick up a stamp card at Lashbar Hillcrest, the beauty salon located at 3913 Fourth Ave., which is co-hosting the event with jewelry business The Alchemist & The Artist. With stamp card in hand, attendees are invited to visit various establishments throughout the neighborhood.
These Hillcrest businesses, ranging from restaurants to gift shops, will offer discounts and free gifts to visitors while they peruse work from local artists. Additionally, special happy hour pricing will be offered at participating locations.
Plus, enjoy live music from 7-9 p.m. with Stage 4 at The Studio Door, the contemporary art gallery which relocated last August from North Park to its new home at 3867 Fourth Ave.
