San Diego’s newest outdoor movie venue is pulling out the Hollywood stops with five nights devoted to musicals. The twirling, swirling fun starts with Tuesday’s screening of “Grease,” starring John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John and a bunch of songs you probably still know by heart, whether you want to or not. After that, it’s tears and tunes with “The Lion King” on Wednesday, seductive soft-shoe with “La La Land” on Thursday and non-stop ABBA-rama with “Mamma Mia!” on Friday. Sadly for all of the Hugh Jackman and Zendaya fans out there, Saturday’s showing of “The Greatest Showman” is already sold out. You’ll always have “This is Me” karaoke.

Rooftop Cinema Club: Musicals week: 7:30 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Manchester Grand Hyatt, 1 Market Place, San Diego. $17 per person for a single deck chair; $20 per person for a single deck chair with bottomless popcorn; $24 per person for a double love seat with bottomless popcorn. 18 and up. rooftopcinemaclub.com/san-diego
