Hendrick’s Gin Holiday Cocktails

The holidays are a time for celebration and one of the best ways to do that is to mix up a festive holiday cocktail. Here are five Hendrick’s Gin recipes to wow your guests at your next soirée.

Cornamusa

1 ½ parts Hendricks Gin
¾ parts Ancho Verde
4 parts grapefruit juice
Garnish: grapefruit peel
Shake and strain over ice.
Glassware: Rocks

Cranberry Fizz

1 part Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Cucumber slices, mint & cranberries
Build in highball with ice, stir and garnish.
Glassware: Highball

Hippocras Punch

8 parts white wine
3 parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts Chamomile tea
1 ⁄2 pineapple chopped
1 ½ part caster sugar
7 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
4 orange peels
1 teaspoon of white pepper
Garnish: cinnamon sticks, cloves, oranges
Simmer tea, pineapple, sugar, spice, and wine. Add Hendrick’s Gin and serve.
Glassware: Punch glasses

Pearofdise

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
3/4 part Simple Syrup
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1/2 Pear
Garnish: Fan of pear
Muddle the pear with sugar. Add rest and shake.
Glassware: Cocktail glass

The Jubilee Punch

1 ½ part Hendrick’s Gin
1/3 part Maraschino liqueur
½ part freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ part elderflower cordial
3 parts apple cider
Garnish: slices of fruit (apples , lemons, cucumbers)
Build in punch bowl over block of ice. Stir and serve.
Glassware: Teacups & Punch Bowl
