San Diego staple Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza is embracing summer with a selection of salads inspired by the season’s mouthwatering flavors. The Heirloom Tomato & Burrata pairs juicy tomatoes with rich, creamy burrata, arugula, basil, crispy prosciutto, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. The Watermelon, Cucumber & Feta is super refreshing with red and yellow watermelon, toasted almonds and a lemon-mint vinaigrette. Finally, the Kale & Pineapple balances kale’s strong flavor with pineapple’s sweetness, while radish, red onion, pine nuts and ginger dressing round out the flavors.
