Tuesday’s daytime high in San Diego will reach 60 — about 5 degrees below average. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be cooler as a new storm flows into the region. San Diego could get a quarter to a half of an inch of rain during that period, while Palomar Mountain and Mt. Laguna receive upwards of 8 inches of snow.
