In the inaugural episode of Kiss My Glass (a collaboration between PACIFIC and Facebook group Eating and Drinking San Diego), we sat down with Colby Chandler, V.P. and Specialty Brewer at Ballast Point. Because there was so much to talk about, the podcast is broken up into two parts.
In Part I, host Edwin Real (Eating and Drinking in San Diego Facebook Group) and Chandler discuss how the early days of “frat house” brewing became one of the biggest names in beer and they address the elephant in the room: what it’s like to sell a local craft company to big beer.
Part II continues on to discuss beer pairings, GABF medals and what’s up next for Ballast Point.
This podcast, along with sister podcast Dish It Up, are now available for download in the Apple iTunes store.
Keep the conversation going...
