From Jewel, Switchfoot and P.O.D. to Tom Waits, Rocket From The Crypt and Andra Day, this fair city has produced more than its fair share of top talent over the years. Here's a look at Lee K, a local musician that's worth tuning into now. About the musician Established: 2011 Genre: House, techno Record label: Circulate Worst day job: "I worked at Home Goods when I was 16 years old. My first and last 'clock-in' job." If it weren't for music, I'd be: "A chef, maybe. I love food and I cook when I can." Next local gig: At Bang Bang (526 Market St., Gaslamp) later this spring. Of note: Lee K (short for Krysinski) has a degree in business marketing from California State University, Los Angeles. "As an artist, it's hard to understand exactly how others perceive you. I put my heart into all of my work and I have a somewhat specific taste in music, (and) I think it shows. Short term, I'd like to release a lot of the music I've been working on this year. Long term, I'd like to start doing events under my label and also working on a (bigger) live show."
