New Development Company is Certainly One of a Kind

One of a Kind Company has recently broken ground in San Diego, offering a revolutionary new concept in construction design and implementation for office, restaurant, retail and hospitality spaces. Part of One of a Kind’s mission is to deliver hands-on development strategies to their clients, bringing projects from concept to completion. Services they provide include site evaluation, permit expediting, space planning, project management, construction and consulting. Through a process of open communication, research and development, they are slated to execute the construction and design of some of this year’s most anticipated new businesses in San Diego.

One of a Kind’s principal, Alex Thao, is a seasoned hospitality professional with 15 years of experience developing high profile restaurants, bars and nightclubs in San Diego, Los Angeles and New York.

“We are excited to be launching our company here, where we can put our talents to work helping owners create the businesses they’ve always dreamed of in this amazing city.” Alex is taking his clients’ ideas and making them a reality with timeliness, budget awareness and professionalism. As an entrepreneur, he also brings his knowledge of business strategy and project management to the table.

One of the first local projects on One of a Kind’s plate is Little Italy’s anticipated authentic eatery, RoVino Rotisserie + Wine. RoVino’s partners hired Alex and his team to help breathe life into their vision with a rustic redesign of the space that was formerly Cookbook Tavola Calda. The team is working together until RoVino proudly opens its doors this summer at 2034 Kettner Boulevard.

Communication is a key component of One of a Kind’s methodology, as they use the latest software technology to facilitate the flow of information between project participants. This adds to One of a Kind’s goal to create a seamless development process from start to finish.
