Want to rent Shaun White’s Encinitas home?

Dreaming of living on the ocean? How about an oceanfront property owned by professional snowboarder, skateboarder and entrepreneur, Shaun White?

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, White, 28, is renting his two-story contemporary house in Encinitas for $12,500 a month -- no word on the pet policy or security deposit. Purchased in 2012 for $3.85 million, the 3,500-square-foot bluff-top home (with private staircase to the beach) is listed by La Jolla-based Glassman & Associates.

Concerned that the price is a little out of your budget? Keep in mind the native San Diegan has dumped a lot of dough into renovations including a modernized kitchen and vanishing-edge jacuzzi.

Still not feeling it? No worries. White owns multiple homes in the Southwest, including one in Utah and another he purchased for $9 million in Malibu.
