1. El Niño weather strikes again

The return of stormy weather occurred on Monday, March 7, prompting some flooding near beach cities, especially Mission Beach, which took a beating from waves reaching up to the boardwalk. For us San Diegans, it’s scary. We might hydroplane, or worse, get wet from rain.
