San Diego, you’ve been flash flooded
On Tuesday morning, as the second storm of the week hit San Diego, the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood warning.
As heavier rainfall hit the county throughout the day, the warning became a reality when SDPD sent out the following Tweet:

Yup, nothing says flooding in San Diego like blocked access to the Fashion Valley Mall during a storm.
Also, be on the lookout if you’re in the Sorrento Valley area.
