Free skates consist of two separate metal or wooden plates with two wheels attached. The skates are not attached to the riders feet in any way. Professional free skater, Lance Lynn of San Diego, takes us to Linda Vista Skate Park and the Mission Beach Boardwalk to introduce us to this relatively new extreme sport.
