Even though the novel coronavirus is keeping us from eating in restaurants, we can still have a home-cooked dinner to celebrate the holiday

Easter is April 12. Families all across the country are having to adjust their Easter plans amid the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, with a little creativity, we can still observe the holiday even with the shelter-in-place ordinances in effect.

If you have little ones or want a measure of normalcy that a traditional Easter celebration brings, you can still do that from the comfort of your home. You can dress up in your best outfit, decorate eggs, be creative with craft projects, and bring in blooms from your garden to decorate your tablescape for brunch or dinner.

Several restaurants are offering to-go menus to help you make your Easter celebration a memorable one.
