Jeune et Jolie hosts anniversary dinner with award-winning Chef Matthew Peters
Jeune et Jolie will celebrate its first anniversary with a special Chef Collaboration dinner with executive chef Andrew Bachelier and guest chef Matthew Peters (pictured), the first American chef to win the Bocuse d’Or Gold Medal (the Olympics of cooking) in 2017.
Peters has spent years as the sous chef and executive sous chef at Thomas Keller’s French Laundry in Napa and Per Se in New York.
A seven-course menu will be served, and vegetarian and pescatarian requests will be accommodated with at least one week’s advance notice.
