San Diego speakeasies celebrate the repeal of Prohibition
Oculto 477 and Prohibition host Repeal Day parties on Dec. 5
Oculto 477 honors the anniversary of the historic repeal of Prohibition by hosting a Prohibition Party. Hidden inside Tahona, the Prohibition-style speakeasy will serve guests a menu of notable cocktails created by bartenders of yesteryear: from Shims and Sours to Old Fashioneds and Fizzes.
A special drink menu, including two of the restaurant’s concoctions, will be served at the bar and dining area throughout the evening. Guests are encouraged to dress in circa-1920s fashions.
