Tajima expands into Tijuana
There’s no question that Tajima has taken San Diego by storm. With four locations -- the latest being in East Village -- the standout ramen joint continues to reel in new fans.
The latest news? Tajima has expanded across the border, bringing their noteworthy bowls of noodles to Tijuana. The new Tajima is located in Plaza Rio Food Garden, an 11,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor food court in Tijuana’s Zona Rio.
The most beloved dishes from Executive Chef and Owner Isamu Morikizono will be served, including Tonkotsu ramen, vegi ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen. They will also serve fried rice with pork, tofu and shrimp. Prices range from $50 pesos to $110 pesos ($2.50-$6 USD).
