GALAXY TACO

“Trey Foshee’s Galaxy Taco is a celebration of the culture and cuisine of Mexico, where you’ll find simple foods done well. A casual Mexican restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, we grind our own masa from non-GMO heirloom corn to make our tortillas, because we take the quality of our ingredients seriously. Our lunch menu is an interpretation of Mexican street food, with an emphasis on seafood and tacos, and our dinner menu has additional family style offerings. We offer a full bar specializing in agave spirits and regional beers from San Diego and south of the border, including our Galaxy Corn Lager made locally just for us by Benchmark Brewing. If you’re in the neighborhood, we invite you to come join the fun.”

HERRINGBONE LA JOLLA

“Welcome to Herringbone, where lounge style tunes fill the air, 100-year old olive trees fill the dining room, and the kitchen serves up unique takes on meat and seafood. There’s a reason Herringbone is quickly taking its place among Southern California’s coastal towns with celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey’s “Fish Meats Field” creations. Where farm fresh cuisine meets an emphasis on line-caught seafood and meat, Herringbone creates detectable dishes that highlight fun twists on classic concepts.”

JRDN RESTAURANT AT TOWER23 HOTEL

Color-changing lighting continues this theatrical effect throughout the evening.”
