From their secret family recipes and hot churros to their authentic ordering stand and Latin American art, The Taco Stand is sure to heat up the culinary scene in Encinitas.

The Taco Stand’s new 1,500 x 500 square foot location features an open-air patio and genuine Mexican cantina décor.

“We could not be more excited about opening in Encinitas. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that every detail is as authentic as possible and our food as delicious as ever. I can’t wait to see people’s expressions when they walk in and try everything for the first time!” says Julian Hakim, owner of The Taco Stand.

Staying true to the taco stands of Tijuana, this family-owned taqueria features a menu of handmade corn tortillas, top-grade meats and fresh ingredients used to make their guacamole and salsas from scratch daily. Lovers of tacos, quesadillas and burritos can also expect rotisserie marinated pork, flame-grilled angus steak, mahi mahi and cactus, just to name a few. Not to mention, patrons can cool down with popsicles straight from our south-of-the-border neighbors.
