There’s a certain kind of morning that calls for a hash brown sandwich. We’ve all been there, and we’ll all be there again, so there’s no need to judge. Just be stoked The District actually has a creation like the Downtown Hash Brown on its menu, so you don’t have to get messy pulling a DIY job in your special state.

Contrary to popular belief, it’s fun nursing a hangover in downtown San Diego. There are likely plenty of other, worse-off individuals than yourself milling about, so you’ll blend right in and not stick out like, you would on Prospect Street in La Jolla.

Plus, the people-watching is prime, which will pair nicely with your case of the giggles, so get situated at an outdoor table and force your eyes open a little more.

Besides, you’ll want to take in the beauty that is your brekkie sandwich beast; ham, bacon, over-medium egg, hash brown, sliced tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and whole- grain mustard aioli in a brioche bun.
