Brunch at Little Italy’s newest bayside stunner, as Pacific Standard Coastal Kitchen makes its debut! Former Bravo TV’s Top Chef rock star, Executive Chef Giselle Wellman, has put together the most delicious (and quite possibly the most Instagram-worthy) lineup of farm fresh, mouth-watering menu items ranging from a sweet cream custard and berries brioche french toast to jumbo lump crab cake sandwiches, beet reubens, steak and eggs, shrimp toast, short rib hash and so much more.
What’s more, to complement the new weekend brunch menu, Pacific Standard’s Dino Balocchi (Longman & Eagle, Chicago; Dirty Laundry, Los Angeles) curates a sampling of eight boozy bevys incorporating cold brew, champagne punch bowls and campari. The Caffé Vecchio is made with wheated bourbon, amaretto, vanilla bean and cold brew coffee; the Cochi Spritz calls for cochi americano, grapefruit, lemon, hopped grapefruit bitters and prosecco; and Pacific Standard’s ‘Rum Row’ and ‘Pacific Trade’ punches provide the perfect communal sipper.
