Blvd Asian Kitchen will celebrate National Noodle Day today. The La Mesa restaurant will offer daylong specials, including 25 percent off all dining room orders, and live music from 6 to 9 p.m. on the patio. Blvd’s signature macaroon ice cream sandwiches and nitro sake on tap will also be available.
