From mixologist Eric Johnson, this inventive cocktail uses bacon-infused mezcal, Sortilege Maple (a liqueur blend of Canadian rye whiskey and pure maple syrup), a spoonful of Firelit Coffee Liqueur (made with Ethiopian coffee in Napa), and a dash of mole bitters.
