The fourth annual San Diego Burger Battle is back
Free, gourmet burgers? Sign us up. Bull BBQ is hosting a competition to find the best burger in San Diego. The nationwide competition will be stopping by America’s Finest City on Saturday, August 6.
Over 20 different competitors across San Diego will be cooking off to win the title of best burger in San Diego. The winner will be rewarded a brand new Bull Outdoor Steer Barbecue, valued at $1,367, and an all-expense paid trip for two to the World Food Championships to compete for $100,000.
Some of the 2016 competitors include local chefs Andre Morris, Brian Hines, Jeremy Putts, Ron Otto, Scott Shimano, Traci Johnson and several others.
Admission is free to the event for the first 400 attendees and capacity is limited. There will be grills for sale, raffle prizes, and a chance to win a Bull barbecue for attendees.
Blacktie Productions will provide live entertainment and music throughout the grill-tastic event, which will kick off at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Carddine Home Resort in San Marcos. Find more details at eventbrite.com.
