Pho, deli sandwiches, small batch spirits and more are adding in to the mix at Liberty Public Market.
Officially opened in March, the Lib Pub Market (as locals call it) was one of the biggest hits in San Diego’s food scene this year. Now, they’re adding on to the 27 tenants this fall.
The new tenants include Roast, an artisan deli with menu divided into three parts: meatballs, rotisseries and roasts; Grape Smuggler, devoted to small batch spirits and unique bitters; and Pho 5th Avenue, the Hillcrest eatery loved for their signature noodle soup.
More recently, Lolli San Diego Sweets and Attic Salt sandwiches from Venissimo Cheese opened in the market, as well. The food hall continues to expand, thanks to owner and operator, Blue Bridge Hospitality, in the 25,000 square-foot space.
Liberty Public Market is located at 2820 Historic Decatur Rd inside Liberty Station, and open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. A complete list of vendors, including their specific hours of operation, and more information can be found at libertypublicmarket.com
