Modern Times Beer opens a cafe
What’s better than Modern Times Beers? That’s hard to say, but their brand-spanking-new cafe, located inside of their Point Loma Fermentorium, is a close second.
The cafe now offers up espresso, barrel-aged pour over blends, cold brew coffee flights, cold brew horchata slushies and barrel-aged cold brews, for starters. Modern Times fans can also nosh on some vegan pastries to pair with their coffee (or a coffee beer from the bar).
The concept behind the cafe seems to be something that many people here in San Diego love: good beer and good coffee. Their official grand opening is today, so get out to their tasting room for your mid-day pick-me-up or a coffee-based brew at happy hour.
